Currently in Los Angeles

California native Chasen Wolcott is a visual artist who works on drawings and paintings. Driven by the inescapable qualities of the natural world, he’s been in a constant creative dialogue with movement and the surrounding spaces.

Chasen’s work investigates the autobiographical translation of subject matter into a process of discovery through paint, color, and line. The action itself holds a level of performance leaving behind a history of poetic narrative. A collection which searches for figure and ground relationships, speeds of a specific environment, and intersections with mythology. He’s worked with brands such as Adidas for content creation and brand awareness.
